Eligibility Criteria:
You should have completed post-secondary education from a recognized college/university mainly in behavior management, adolescent development or family dynamics with minimum 1 year relevant work experience.
OR
You have completed a recognized secondary school diploma in human behavior with 3 years relevant experience.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Knowledge of impact of sociological issues on youth.
- Knowledge of mental health and behavioral disorders.
- Knowledge of various youth-related legislations.
- Good Oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Team working and team building skills
Additional condition for employment:
- Willingness to work in 24/7 system.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
- Valid Emergency First-Aid and AED Certification.
Salary offered
- $ 31.14 to $ 39.37 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing several duties related to the supervision and case management of youth
- Identifying and participating in the provision of rehabilitative programs and services for a diverse population of youth
- Ensuring the safety and security of youth, staff, youth centre and community.
