Eligibility Criteria:

You should have completed post-secondary education from a recognized college/university mainly in behavior management, adolescent development or family dynamics with minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

OR

You have completed a recognized secondary school diploma in human behavior with 3 years relevant experience.

Knowledge and skills required:

  1. Knowledge of impact of sociological issues on youth.
  2. Knowledge of mental health and behavioral disorders.
  3. Knowledge of various youth-related legislations.
  4. Good Oral, written and interpersonal skills
  5. Basic computer skills
  6. Team working and team building skills

Additional condition for employment:

  1. Willingness to work in 24/7 system.
  2. Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
  3. Valid Emergency First-Aid and AED Certification.

Salary offered

  • $ 31.14 to $ 39.37 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing several duties related to the supervision and case management of youth
  • Identifying and participating in the provision of rehabilitative programs and services for a diverse population of youth
  • Ensuring the safety and security of youth, staff, youth centre and community.
