Workplace Health and Safety Specialist. Do you want to make a difference and care deeply about workplace safety? Interested and hard-working students are invited to apply for internships with Amazon Operations as Workplace Health and Safety Specialists (WHSS). The interns will spend ten weeks learning and contributing to Amazon’s Global Safety Program as they grow as safety leaders.
As a WHSS intern, you will be in charge of supporting a good safety culture and making sure that Amazon’s safety standards are followed on the operations floor. You will get a lot of training and have the chance to coach other employees, run trainings, and learn how to plan and carry out safety projects in the Amazon Fulfilment Network.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in a Health/Safety related field, with a conferral date between December 2023 and August 2024
