The pay range for this job is from $78,834 to $85,187.
Who can apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or any other relevant area.
- Experience giving advice, guidance, support, and suggestions to colleagues, clients, and top management (up to Director Level).
- Experience making informational materials like briefing notes, presentations, summaries, or reports for clients and giving them to them.
- Experience building and keeping ties with people inside and outside the company.
- Experience using virtual tools to organize and lead conversations and consultations with multiple stakeholders.
- The ability to plan and organize events.
- Experience managing staff, including how well they do their jobs, for a full cycle (one year).
