TTC Safety Inspector Salary
At Safety and Environment, a Safety Inspector can make anywhere from $88,306.40 to $110,401.20 per year. The exact pay within this range will depend on how qualified and experienced the person who gets the job is.
Who can apply:
Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety, a related field, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
Experience with major public or private sector safety operations is needed.
Professional transit/transportation experience.
Accreditation by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), CRST, CSP, or CIH, or the ability to obtain one within five years of employment, and the ability to maintain accreditation and update skills by attending regular professional development seminars.
A valid non-probationary Ontario Class “G” driver’s licence and personal vehicle to execute daily activities and respond to client needs and any unforeseen circumstances.
