The City of Thunder Bay looks for people who have a license or diploma in industrial millwrighting or a related field from another trades program or a similar program. Even though experience is a plus, the city is open to people with different amounts of experience. Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting knowledge with industrial machinery and equipment will help with this job.
The Industrial Millwright works normal business hours, which are usually Monday through Friday. But there may be times when you have to work extra hours or shifts to fix problems or deal with situations.
