Team Lead Jobs Salary
This position pays between $76,585 and $96,900.
Who can apply:
- Education after high school in a related area or a mix of education and experience;
- At least five years of experience as a Web/Multimedia Designer in a business setting;
- At least two years of experience leading a team of content creators from different fields;
- Know how to manage web and video projects from start to finish;
- Ability to work well in both PC and Apple (Mac) settings;
- Experience and skill with the MS Suite, which includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Experience using a content-management system like Umbraco to keep a website up-to-date;
- Ability to lead meetings with high-level officials by evaluating their needs, coming up with solutions, and organising how those solutions are put into place;
- Shown the ability to manage resources on project outputs for teams from different fields;
- Advanced technical skills, including languages for building websites (HTML, CSS), software for editing websites, and software for editing photos and videos.
- Knowledge of the WCAG accessibility guidelines to make sure that the technical requirements are met;
