Safety Advisor Jobs Salary
The City of Calgary knows how important it is to find and keep talented people. Safety Advisors in Pay Grade 12 get a good salary that ranges from $44.20 to $59.09 per hour. The pay rate is in line with the skills, experience, and needs of the job.
Who can apply:
- A qualification in Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Project Management, Change Management, Communications, Adult Learning, or equivalent field and at least five years of safety experience are necessary.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerits or a GDL with no more than 4 demerits and no current suspensions or charges is required.
NCSO, CHSC, ROH, PMP, and CRSP certifications are assets. - Change management, training, auditing, investigating, technical writing, project management, contractor management, and operational/project experience in a large complex organization with multiple partners and large programs are also assets.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, political, organizational, and stress-management skills.
