Candidates accepted into the Registered Nurse program will be paid a competitive weekly wage ranging from $1,408.52 to $1,756.03. The weekly rate of pay will be determined by qualifications and experience, with an emphasis on nursing expertise and patient care in this profession.

- You must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- You understand professional standards and guidelines, best practice guidelines, nursing theories, practices, and related legislation (such as the Regulated Health Professions Act and the Health Care Consent Act) in order to plan and deliver nursing care and ensure proper treatment is administered.
- Patients with routine or complex health care demands and/or uncertain results can benefit from emergency treatment, acute care, crisis intervention, health teaching, and psychotherapy.

- To effectively engage with staff and clients, you must have good oral and written communication abilities, as well as health teaching skills.
