Registered Nurse Jobs Brampton Details:

In this job, you will be performing the following duties like:

1. You will be conducting various  health assessments for on-going care and treatment.
2. You will be planning for treatment and providing specialized health care treatment
3. You will be monitoring treatment plans and will be responding to health care interventions.
4. You will be liaising with community care workers to facilitate proper care.
5. You will be participating in several case management.
6. You will be advocating for and encouraging patient participation.
7. You will be acting as a resource for patients, staff, etc.
8. You will be working collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement various patient-specific plans.
9. You will be establishing good relations with staff members and other stakeholders.
10.  You will be providing acute care, crisis intervention, health counseling for the patients who are medically unstable.
11. In fact, your duties will involve practice in accordance with the various security requirements of the institution.

Mandatory requirement:

You need to be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and be in good standing.

Knowledge:

1. You should have an ability to interpret and evaluate information from patients and develop treatment and care plans.
2. You should have knowledge of various guidelines, nursing theories as well as relevant legislations.

Skills required:
