Education

  • Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience

  • EXPERIENCE – STREAM 1

    At least one year of significant work experience assessing and analyzing complex and contradictory information to present recommendations, render a decision, determine a strategy or course of action, or prepare a document.

    AND

    At least one year of significant work experience in preparing reports, summaries, and/or briefing material to present findings resulting from research or analysis.

    AND

    At least one year of significant work experience managing multiple projects, files or cases that require organization, prioritizing and respecting at times short deadlines.

     

  • EXPERIENCE – STREAM 2

    At least two years of significant work experience as a decision-maker in an administrative tribunal or court of law.

    OR

    At least two years of significant work experience presenting cases before an administrative tribunal or court of law.

  • English Essential

  • French Essential

  • English or French Essential

  • Various Bilingual Imperative Profiles

Member Salary

  • $110,346 to $126,172

Who Can Apply

  • Persons residing in Canada, and Canadian citizens and Permanent residents abroad.
  • Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
