Keys Responsibilities:

The nurses have advanced skills in clinical expertise and having advanced judgement in providing consultation to patients.

We have to select the nurse candidates on the basis of clinical research knowledge and having skills  how to promote the health sectors and to prevent the diseases perfectly.

Experience:

Vast experience in a hospital and care home setting is given main preference.

Experience as a working as a nurse especially with indigenous populations is given main priority.

Nursing care training in an acute care setting is given main preference while giving jobs to the candidates.
