Junior Compensation Advisor Jobs Eligibility Criteria
For F1-01: Candidate should have a secondary school diploma or a combination of experience, education and training.
Apart from these, your language will be assessed along with other abilities and competencies.
Experience required
Candidate should have an experience in providing client service and experience in using computer software programs such as Microsoft word, outlook, excel and outlook. Candidate should be experienced in compensation and phoenix pay matrix.

Junior Compensation Advisor Jobs Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing individual employee compensation status.
- Determining employee compensation entitlements.
- Providing advice to clients on compensation options and costs.
- Maintaining records of all compensation activities.
