Excellent customer service to external and internal customers, including coworkers.
Handles all ambulance requests.
Assesses service requests for urgency and prioritizes according to algorithm chart.
Confirms caller information, enters data into computer, and directs it to dispatch desk with any extra information from linked agencies like police and fire.
Follows call receiving protocols, procedures, and practices from ongoing training and dispatch education.

Call Taker Paramedic Services Jobs Toronto Salary
Our hourly rates are cheap and range from $33.97 to $37.22.
Who can apply:
- Ontario Ministry of Education-approved Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed accredited post-secondary education, including; Tele-Communications, Paramedicine, Nursing, Social Services, Psychology, Health Sciences, or considerable related professional experience
