Although there are several job responsibilities that this post carries. But specifically, you will need to:

  1. Process requests for human resource actions in collaboration with HR advisors.
  2. Create foles and ensure that they are up to date.
  3. Prepare offer letters and various other staff related documents.
  4. Integrate job postings and appointment notices.
  5. Perform data entry into the HR management system.
  6. Respond to various requests for information from candidates.
  7. Coordinate the logistical aspects of exams and interviews.
  8. Manage various activities related to human resources.

Educational requirement:

As an applicant, you need to have a secondary school diploma. But if you are from outside Canada, you must have a certificate or diploma according to the standards of Canada.

Experience required:

  1. You need to be well versed with Microsoft applications like Word, Outlook and Excel.
  2. You must provide admin support services in HR.
  3. You should be able to use the HR management system.

Language test: You need to go through a self assessment process(BBB/BBB) Bilingual.
